Joe’s charges a 4% credit card fee! It’s a HUGE ripoff. It’s about $50 in credit card fees for four tires. Come on Joe this is ridiculous.

Amazing service and was detailed on what I needed and what could use an adjustment. They are really good with their work car felt amazing and did it quickly than expected. Thanks again! if you are a woman and like getting ripped off, then by all means go to this place. You can pay 200 labor to replace your lug nuts and about… read more 70-80 for parts on top of the 200 for alignment and balancing… why not? but if you have sense, go to San Pablo to the pink building where there is one flat price given for alignment and rotation/balancing. No thanks, Joe!

This is complete and total BS:

We understand that these options might not have aligned with your immediate needs, and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
The only option offered was coming back the next day. How does that work when one has a tire that won’t hold air. This is another example of why I will never ever give this company my business again, they are liars.
