In addition to ordering the correct tires, they discovered I had a bent rim and bad tire on the back. They got the rim repaired and did an alignment. OMG…what a difference in driving that made. Ripoff. They will upsell you every time. First upsold on replacements tires promising better mileage in my 2014 Prius. The only option offered was coming back the next day. How does that work when one has a tire that won’t hold air. This is another example of why I will never ever give this company my business again, they are liars.

if you are a woman and like getting ripped off, then by all means go to this place. You can pay 200 labor to replace your lug nuts and about… read more 70-80 for parts on top of the 200 for alignment and balancing… why not? but if you have sense, go to San Pablo to the pink building where there is one flat price given for alignment and rotation/balancing. No thanks, Joe!
