Ripoff. They will upsell you every time. First upsold on replacements tires promising better mileage in my 2014 Prius. Mileage went down. 4 yrs, 40 VERY gentle driving miles later… read more they refused to repair nail damage saying I needed 4 new tires despite intact tread. Joe’s charges a 4% credit card fee! It’s a HUGE ripoff. It’s about $50 in credit card fees for four tires. Come on Joe this is ridiculous.

This is complete and total BS:

Our team suggested leaving the vehicle for at least… read more two hours or scheduling an appointment at 8:00 am the following day. We understand that these options might not have aligned with your immediate needs, and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
The only option offered was coming back the next day. How does that work when one has a tire that won’t hold air. This is another example of why I will never ever give this company my business again, they are liars.

if you are a woman and like getting ripped off, then by all means go to this place. You can pay 200 labor to replace your lug nuts and about… read more 70-80 for parts on top of the 200 for alignment and balancing… why not? but if you have sense, go to San Pablo to the pink building where there is one flat price given for alignment and rotation/balancing. No thanks, Joe!

Tesla had failed me and my alignment was severely off resulting in my tire wear being very uneven.
No fear because Joe’s Tires fixed it well within the allotted… read more estimate time (just over an hour vs the est. 2 hours). I even had to cut my coffee time short because they were so quick, which, as an added bonus there are tons of shops and restaurants around the area to hang out at while you wait.
