In addition to ordering the correct tires, they discovered I had a bent rim and bad tire on the back. They got the rim repaired and did an alignment. OMG…what a difference in driving that made. if you are a woman and like getting ripped off, then by all means go to this place. You can pay 200 labor to replace your lug nuts and about… read more 70-80 for parts on top of the 200 for alignment and balancing… why not? but if you have sense, go to San Pablo to the pink building where there is one flat price given for alignment and rotation/balancing. No thanks, Joe!

Extra large screw in my tire; they fixed it the same day and under an hour. They repaired and rotated! The front desk guys were both nice as well. Cheers!

This is complete and total BS:

We understand that these options might not have aligned with your immediate needs, and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
The only option offered was coming back the next day. How does that work when one has a tire that won’t hold air. This is another example of why I will never ever give this company my business again, they are liars.

Joe’s charges a 4% credit card fee! It’s a HUGE ripoff. It’s about $50 in credit card fees for four tires. Come on Joe this is ridiculous.

Ripoff. They will upsell you every time. First upsold on replacements tires promising better mileage in my 2014 Prius. Mileage went down. 4 yrs, 40 VERY gentle driving miles later… read more they refused to repair nail damage saying I needed 4 new tires despite intact tread. Second shop inspected & repaired no problem.
